Poster Competition
Sponsored by BIMat, TiiMS, and NIA
Graduate and undergraduate
students have the opportunity to participate in a BIMat and TiiMS
sponsored poster competition. A panel of judges will evaluate the
posters and present a cash prize to the top three posters.
Students who would like to
participate need to fill out the Poster Competition Registration form.
In addition to basic contact information, you will need to submit an
abstract of your research. The registration form and abstract
must be received by the Poster Competition registration deadline, Friday Oct. 7, 2005. For more

All complete registrations
will be reviewed for acceptance. If your poster is accepted into the
competition, you will be notified via email or letter (depending upon
the information provided on the registration form).

The Student Poster Competition is being held at the National Institute
of
Standards and Technology, Gaithersburg, MD on October 17, 2005.
- The Poster Set Up will be held from 7:30 to
8:00 at NIST on Monday, October 17.
- You MUST register to present at this competition and,
when you arrive at NIST, your name will be at the gate. You must
bring a photo ID with you also.
- Complete Registration information and forms are at
MST-Online.nsu.edu click on NEW:Update, then registration
- Some students will be contacted by Dr. Luz
Martinez-Miranda about presenting a 8 minute PowerPoint presentation
Monday morning on your posters.
